Żłobek Piccolino w Głubczycach

Country: Poland

Our facility began its operations on September 1,2011. Its launch was both a response and an alternative to the poor provision of services on behalf of the city authorities regarding the care needs of the local society. Firstly, it operated as a Children's Club with 13 children and 2 employed teachers.

In the following years our nursery institution was changing. We have been providing a reliable service and a wide range of care, education in a family atmosphere. Thus, we have gained the trust of our children’s parents.

From 02.08.2019, we have been operating as a nursery where we can take care of 55 children aged 1 to 4 years. 2019 was a very breakthrough year - as our organizational form has been changed and we started implementing two projects financed from EU funds. At the moment 45 children are attending our nursery, where they are supervised by 6 child's care workers.

Additionally, we employ a nurse, a psychologist, a speech therapist, an English teacher and the director of the facility.
